Being part of the Events Team and supporting the wider Master of the Household's Department, you'll be involved in the many remarkable and varied activities that take place across the Royal Household.

Working closely with another Deputy Head of Events in the team, you'll support the Head of Events to carefully lead with the planning, implementation and delivery of a variety of Royal events. You’ll be at the heart of a team responsible for delivering a busy calendar of events across different Royal Residences during an exciting year, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest of standards.

Your role will be broad, but you will ensure that every event is delivered on time and on budget. You’ll also ensure that all of the policies and procedures in place are operational and compliant.

It's a fast paced and high-profile environment, and you'll have responsibility from day one. Yet you'll rise to the challenge and will be proud of the part you play.

Liaising with colleagues and external official bodies, you’ll assist with the planning of events, from advising on event requirements and guest management to organising logistics and working closely with stakeholders.
- About youWith significant experience of planning and delivering events to a high standard, or project-based work, you’re the expert we need. Previous line management experience is also essential.

Driven by deadlines and with exceptional leadership and organisational skills, you're able to think on your feet and adapt in the moment to handle multiple priorities with ease.

With natural interpersonal skills you'll be confident liaising with a wide range of people and organisations at all levels. Approachable and customer focused, you're able to build good working relationships, and balancing varying needs effectively will ensure your success.

Previous knowledge of Government Departments and the Military would be an advantage but is not a requirement.

Most importantly, with a flexible approach you'll enjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.
