Imagine you are a juggler in a circus. Keeping your head whilst working with multiple balls in the air. Constantly moving whilst ensuring you are calm in an ever changing environment.

That is what I am looking for in this role. A talented claims adviser who is calm in a sometimes hectic environment.

You will have some experience within an insurance environment and be an expert communicator, guiding clients through the process from start to finish. Sometimes you will be speaking to customers who are emotional and you will need to be sensitive and dealempathetically at all times.

This will be a very varied role and you will have be superb at time management and juggling many claims at the same time. Working under pressure comes easy to you and you thrive off it.
