**HSEQ Manager - Civils and Utilities** - (Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality)

Location**:Enniskillen**(office based)

Salary**:35-40k (van, laptop and phone provided)**

Hunter Mason are recruiting on behalf of a company who are looking for a **HSQE Manager** who can take ownership of the health, safety and welfare of multiple sites. The company are keen to employ someone who wants to develop their career.

The role:

- Act as the Company's expert in the provision of compliant advice and support on all HSQE matters. Plan, schedule, and review workloads to ensure output and on time delivery targets are achieved cost effectively.
- Maintain ongoing compliance and performance levels, establishing frameworks and drive engagement with fellow Directors.
- Act as the first point of contact for government authorities and standards certification bodies.
- Ensure that Health & Safety and quality inspections are regularly conducted out to enable continuous improvement.
- Monitor, collate and interpret performance data including close out of inspections and accident investigation reports, and provide management reports on a routine basis.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of leading HSQE teams with the ability to demonstrate success in previous roles.
- HSEQ background (5+ years experience in civils/ utilities).
- Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a full and clean driving licence.
