The role:
**Rate of pay**:Our hourly rate for this position is **£12.75 **per hour.

**Shift times**: This position would include days, waking nights and alternate weekends. The day shift times are **7am - 7pm**. The night shift times are **7pm - 7am**

**Location: This position is located in S63, Wath-Upon-Dearne.**

**This is a full time position, working 36 hours per week. This would include 3, 12 hour shifts each week.**

**About the role**:

- In this position, your primary responsibility will involve providing support for a gentleman with a spinal cord injury.
- Supporting with none-verbal communication.
- He requires ventilation for 12 hours at night. He depends on assistance with cough assist and bowel care, moving and handling will also be part of his daily routine.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.

**The service user**:
Our service user is an older gentleman who has recently returned home after 11 months in hospital and is really looking forward to meeting his new support workers.
