Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic Finance Administrator for a well-established practice based in Doncaster to support their current stable finance function as they continue to grow.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Data entry (invoices into the system)
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Processing payment runs by BACS
- Building supplier relations
- Working closely with other departments
- Credit Control
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Cash/bank reporting
- Processing of company expenses
- Ad-hoc admin and finance as required
To be successful you MUST have the following skills and attributes:

- AAT part-qualified - desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player
- Problem solving skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong 'team' player
- 'Can Do' attitude
