**What we are looking for**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inbound, outbound and back-office duties within a Telephony based role.
- To resolve and process customer enquiries using your excellent customer service skills.
- Completing full assessments of customers’ circumstances and financial situation and identifying suitable solutions
- Providing informed accurate advice about available solutions and advice about the most suitable option
- Following up with customers’ following debt advice to offer further guidance and determine customers’ progress in finding the correct solution.
- Leaving Extensive File Notes
- Answering queries, logging feedback and identifying, logging and resolving complaints
- Managing your own workload to ensure that all KPIs are achieved each month.
- Update customer information accurately and in line with FCA and company expectations
**Required Experience**:
- Debt Advising: 12 months minimum.
- Minimum of 12 months Debt Advising experience or working at a similar level in a contact centre environment
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong computing skills, knowledge of MS office & excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to self-motivated
In return for your experience, we offer to pay £25,000-£32,,000 dependant on experience, plus OTE £60,000 uncapped.
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cheadle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
