**PerCurra** has opportunities for **Care Assistants **to join the team**.** You will join us on a full time or part time basis, and you will receive an hourly rate of** £11.00 - £13.00 - Ideally you will have a UK Driving Licence and your own car, but not essential providing you can travel to Beeston.**

Some long day shifts as well as some waking night shifts are available, so applicants available at these times will be shortlisted for interview.
**About PerCurra**
We train all our Care Assistants to the highest CQC standards and support them fully in their careers in the care sector.
We offer a 4-day induction to all our employees and support to complete the Care Certificate. Options to continue training to NVQ 2 and 3 will be made available to established staff members. Because we are a fast growing, successful company there are always opportunities for employees to develop their skills.
**The Care Assistant Role**:
As our Care Assistant you will be providing care in the Client’s own home. You do not need to have worked as a carer / care assistant before, but some experience of care work (including caring for family and friends) is preferred.
Work is currently available for long calls throughout the day, and we can offer guaranteed hours contracts for the right person.
We also operate generally between 7am and 11pm Monday-Sunday plus some nights, so additional calls with other Clients may also be available (but for this, you MUST be a driver). This will include paid travel time between calls at national minimum wage and mileage (20p per mile).
