**About The Role**

Working as a Family Support Worker is an exciting, interesting, and rewarding role. Your aim will be to deliver targeted support to vulnerable children and their families to achieve better outcomes and reduce the need for higher level support and long-term demand for services.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people, families, and communities to deliver a wide range of interventions.

Experience of working with multi-agency assessments and plans is also a must.

A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The role of a Family Support Worker requires you to work flexibly and may include working evenings and weekends.

**Teams**

We are recruiting Family Support Workers across the whole of the service. Some of the teams that require Family Support Workers are: The Leaving Care team, Fostering, Families First, Edge of Care and U11s Permanence team.
