Within the Global Marketing function sits our newly created in-house content production studio, ‘Content Factory’, which consists of a growing creative team. This role sits within this team and is critical to ensuring that all assets that are created for our brands are housed in a digital asset management system that seamlessly works for all relevant parties (Content Factory, global and local brand teams). Having an effective system in place is key to the success of this new team and as part of WG&S’ digital transformation agenda.

**Main Responsibility**:
The Digital Asset Archivist will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining brand assets across all brands in WG&S’ central online hub with Bynder. This will include the coordination of both existing and new assets ensuring correct metadata is applied.

They will need to be able to clearly and confidently communicate with all the global brand teams to ensure they are appropriately trained and that the system is always managed and maintained well.

They will be the key point of contact for day-to-day requests, resolving issues expediently, escalating where necessary.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, logical, efficient and digitally native. They would ideally also have a good understanding of full funnel marketing and the different comms deliverables and formats required to fulfil that.
