**Job Title: Window Fulfilment Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive window specifications from surveyors and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilise online order management systems to place and track window orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Develop and maintain a well-organised system to manage multiple window orders simultaneously.
- Prioritise orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and production schedules.
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on the status of window orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address any order-related inquiries or issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for surveyors and provide clarification on window specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews of window specifications to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that ordered windows meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all window orders, including order details, delivery schedules, and communications.
- Generate reports as needed to track order fulfilment metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the window manufacturing industry.

**Knowledge**: Proficient understanding of window manufacturing processes and the window ordering lifecycle.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
