We are a family run holiday home accommodation business that is rapidly expanding across the UK. We are currently looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing team.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

You will support the delivery of the business growth plans through the recruitment of new owners and properties. You will be an advocate, an ambassador for Host and Stay and brands that fall within, passionately sell the business and its brands to prospective new owners and third parties. Along with ensuring existing owners receive a market leading service to help maximise retention.

This position will work in and around the Yorkshire Dales and you will work remotely in this area.

£75k OTE

Main Responsibilities:
**Owner and Property Recruitment**
- In line with the portfolio and recruitment plan, recruit new owners and properties by optimising the conversion of head office leads and generating self-sourced leads.
- Passionately sell the brand and business negotiating the best commercial terms with property owners in line with company guidelines.
- Maximise the commercial ‘opt ins’ with each new and existing property owner, improving the property appeal, margin and resultant commercial success of each property.
- Promote the benefits of the dynamic pricing model and accurately provide pricing data.
- Where appropriate work collaboratively with colleagues in our Offices to ensure all leads and sales opportunities are maximised.
- Promote our Property Management offering where it is featured to increase penetration across the portfolio.

**Owner Retention**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners ensuring every touch point delivers a market leading experience and leads to retention.
- Carry out the owner business review meetings and quality assessments in line with company guidelines and timescales ensuring both the owners and business have the information required to maximise the commercial opportunity.

**Area and Business Development**
- Design and implement a series of engaging and market leading tactical in-resort/territory promotional campaigns, network smartly and intensively and undertake any other necessary recruitment activity.
- Establish a strong presence in the estate agent and rural community/bodies as the face of Host and Stay to become the go-to holiday rental agency
- Network with third party suppliers such as cleaners, financial advisors etc. building a local profile to help grow the cottage programme in the area
- Work with new and existing property owners to identify and secure opportunities for product growth and development through recommendation
- Identify new cottages/developments in the area and work closely with the property owner in order to secure involvement at an early stage
- Work alongside other business units within the group to identify new property recruitment opportunities as required
- Ensure reports for head office are issued at the required frequency especially pipeline updates, Potential New Owner progress and contract reporting

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proven track record in sales with a passion for selling and exceeding expectations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Educated to A level or equivalent
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and Influencing skills
- Understand and approach difficult conversations in a diplomatic way
- Being a self-starter is a ‘must’
- Genuinely passionate about sales and customer service
- Comfortable going the extra mile to get things done
- Be able to work remotely
- Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines
