**Purpose of the job**:
The purpose of this role is to support the Paint Manager and the Paint-Shop in the day-to-day running of the department. Ensuring that you are working to the highest standards and that we meet/exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Responsibilities**
- Ensuring you are using the correct material and tools.
- Ensuring finished parts do not have defects before shipping forward.
- Adhere to all requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.
- Follow work instructions.
- Understanding the paint processes required to achieve a high paint standard.
- Quality checks on completion.
- Adhere to all requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.
- Production of high-quality parts within set time periods.
- Meeting the customer requirements.

**SKILLS**:

- Setup and loading of paint jigs.
- Masking and cleaning parts for spraying.
- Recognising defects on parts.
- Keeping the Spray Booths constantly fed with parts.

**ATTRIBUTES**:

- Can follow verbal and written instructions.
- Works well within a team and independently.
- Detail orientated.
