Probation: 3 months

This is a full time/permanent role with an immediate start available.

**Duties**:

- Assist with recruitment and the general onboarding process
- Manage systems
- Support the team with various administrative tasks when needed
- Filling out important documents with company information
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company
- Have accurate data entry and checking skills, document collation and recording
- Maintaining digital filing systems
- Support the Director, Managers and Staff with tasks & requests
- Reading documents and filling out the forms
- Basic Bookkeeping, managing timesheets
- Contacting the vendors, solicitors, brokers, local authorities, utility suppliers etc.
- Researching
- Keeping track of deliveries

**Skill Requirements**:1
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency with any applicable software platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
