**Are you an experienced Transport Planner, looking for a new opportunity ? Would you like to work for a privately owned General Haulage business, assisting in running a varied fleet of vehicles.**

**The Opportunity**

**The successful applicant**

Will have a good all round knowledge of route planning, ideally of working with a mixed fleet of vehicles including low loaders and hi-abs. Have good verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate, have a good knowledge of system-based planning tools, ideally Roadrunner, strong administrative and customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Be familiar with WTD and drivers hours. A CPC qualification would be an advantage.

Hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday morning in three.

**Salary**
- £28-£32,000 dependent upon experience.
- Company pension

**Experience**
- Haulage industry-based transport planning: 2 years (required)
- Do you have a working knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations?
