Job Title: Window Cleaner

Employed position PAYE - With paid Holidays, Pension and SSP

REGULAR BONUS SYSTEM PAID WEEKLY

Working hours 06:30 to 15:30 Monday to FRIDAY

**Salary**: £31,200-£35,000.00 per year (£600 to £750 per week) for experienced window cleaners.

No Experience salary £27,300 for 6 months

**Responsibilities**:
Predominately Window Cleaning using the Reach & Wash System, Fascia Soffit, Conservatory Roof Cleaning. Gutter Clearance and Jet washing. Minimal ladder work & some traditional window cleaning.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Wipe down window frames and sills to remove dust and debris
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a window cleaner is preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently or in a team, use initiative, be dependable & responsible with a flexible approach to work.
- Applicants must be prepared and used to working in all weather conditions.
- The position will suit those used to achieving targets, must have good customer service and people skills.
