To provide administrative support to the Complaints Resolution Department and the Patient Safety Team. Taking ownership of the confirmation/acknowledgment process to include client follow up/chasing.
- Redacting source documents as part of SDV process or audit. Conduct monthly reconciliations across all Adverse events reported. Maintain the Deviation/CAPA tracker.

**Description**
- Take ownership of the confirmation/acknowledgment process to include client follow up/chasing
- Conduct monthly reconciliations
- Perform Source Data Verification checks monthly, process to remove identifiable data
- To assist Pharmacovigilance Managers with Client updates
- Maintain the Adverse Event process and procedure Manual
- Maintain the Deviation/CAPA tracker
- PQC reconciliation process all clients
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases
