**What you’ll be doing**:

- The role holder will coordinate the safeguarding, SHE, inclusive learning, and welfare arrangements of apprentices
- The individual will foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe working environment for all learners across subcontractor colleges, skills centres/academy
- Monitor apprentice placement programme ensuring fit for purpose transition arrangements are in place with rigorous scheduling of quality work placements
- Support Training & Development of Supervisors/Journeyperson working with Early Careers and Learner walks
- The individual will ensuring high standards and service excellence with all providers is delivered through the continuous review of programme content and quality of delivery
- The role holder will action Learner Voice data and support Skills Development Scotland SA/QAP
- The individual will lead on inspiring a culture of continuous improvement between early careers and functions whilst ensuring quality assurance of early careers placements

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Specialist knowledge of legislative, awarding body and funding systems requirements
- Broad understanding of the Early Careers & Skills business operation
- A professional with a track record of occupational competence
- Training/education background is desirable
