A rare opportunity within an exciting industry is now available for a Junior Account Handler to join the bookings department for London’s Most Dynamic Film Studio, London Film Studios and SHL lighting. Become a valued member of our team Today.

This junior role provides a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking for a rewarding dynamic position within the film industry. The Bookings team works closely alongside global brands, liaising with producers, agents, cinematographers and their crews to create bespoke lighting packages that suit their needs.

This role will require 3 months training within the warehouse to build equipment knowledge, followed by systems training within the office.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and dealing with equipment requests.
- Build custom equipment packages based on client requirements.
- Gather shoot information, call times, locations, contacts and essential information.
- Communicate vital technical and logístical information with Gaffers, Sparks and Producers and internal teams.
- Assist with reserving and booking X-Hires, build and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Arrange logistics with producers and crew (delivery & collection times and address) for the warehouse vehicle fleet.

**Working pattern**:
The working hours will generally be 10 hrs per day Mon - Fri, and can involve very early mornings or late evenings, maybe even a few hours over the occasional weekend. Some flexibility will be required.

**Salary: £28,600 Per Annum**

**Hours: 50 Per Week**
