Land Surveyor

**Land Surveyor - Freelance - 12-month contract - Norwich**

Very good opportunity to work on a large project which will last a good 12-18 months in duration and is Outside IR35 or paid CIS.

Our client is seeking a Land Surveyor on a freelance basis to assist with a large project for one of their key clients.

**Key responsibilities for this Land Surveyor role**:

- Reporting into the Project Manager
- Management of method statements and risk assessments
- checking and processing of design models
- Drone flights if qualified
- overseeing all of the engineers and machine control

**Experience required for this Land Surveyor role**:

- CSCS Card and in date
- Other site tickets needed
- Earthworks experience is a must
- Able to use different software's and kit
- GPS experience, Topographical surveys experience for Earthworks

**Package offered for this Land Surveyor role**:

- £300 - £375 per day
- Outside IR35 or CIS
- Long term 12-18 month contract
