Location: Whiteley with hybrid working

Competitive Salary: £23,200

Fantastic Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm

**The task at hand**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a **Provisioning Agent** to join our Project Delivery team. As a Provisioning Agent, you will provide crucial back-office support for the organisation to ensure efficient delivery of services to our customers, and accurate fulfilment offboarding requests. The role will be based from our Whiteley office with the option for hybrid working which will be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Your first two weeks will be spent at our Whiteley Head Office for your induction and training.

**What you’ll be busy doing**:

- You will be responsible for providing solutions to the customer from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Hitting deadlines, placing hosted telephony orders
- Speaking to customers and engineers, working closely with other departments
- Processing customer connections on all networks to support sales order provisioning across the Telesales and Field Sales departments including; new connections, ports, upgrades and tariff changes
- Taking responsibility for the management and delivery of customer orders to support sales order provisioning
- Liaising with internal teams on sales orders, connection requirements, offboarding requests
- Updating customers throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process
- Validate and approve sales orders based on pre-defined parameters
- Support with the resolution of issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions throughout the progress of an order or offboarding request
- Act as a liaison between the company and its external providers to meet the requirements to successfully provision customer orders and offboard products and services
