**1. DUTIES**:

- To meet, greet and seat customers.
- To take/serve customer orders in a professional manner and meet customers needs and expectations.
- To maintain the cleanliness of all the catering space
- To communicate effectively with all management.
- To adhere to all food safety and health and safety aspects in line with Company policy including standards.

**2. ADMINISTRATION**:

- To ensure all records kept in the store is up to date.
- Ensure all daily and weekly paperwork is completed to the standard required
- Ensure all instructions from the manager are actioned within the time scale.

**3. GENERAL**:

- To present a professional demeanour at all times when dealing with all customers
- To carry out other duties and projects as requested by senior management

**4. OTHER DUTIES**:
**Salary**: £7.24-£12.20 per hour
