Butterfields Community Care solely specialises in providing holistic, quality, and critical end of life care and support, to patients across Somerset wishing to remain at home throughout a very difficult journey. We have created a unique service that focuses on two vital key values, which consist of ‘Quality of Care’ & ‘Staff Value’ to which, without these at the heart of everything we do, we would not be the service nor the outstanding team that we are today
We are committed to providing a sensitive, compassionate, and flexible service to both our patients and their families, adopting a "non-rushed" approach in the delivery of person-centered care, that truly focuses on understanding what is important to our patients and their families throughout a very difficult time.
**As an Office Assistant**:You will play a vital role within our office support team, by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere within our reception area and over the phone. You will provide support in the following areas:
Stock control and ordering of PPE, stationary and uniform, Updating spreadsheets, making up training packs, writing and sending sympathy and birthday cards, minute taking, flower ordering, distribution of new starter inventory, making up patient welcome packs and staff training packs, Staff ID badges, and much more. This is an invaluable role within our service and helps us all in the continuation of delivering quality to both our patients and team.

- Access to your own vehicle with a full UK driving license is essential.

**In addition to our fantastic salary, we also offer the following financial incentives**:
- Welcome bonus on completion of probation - £200.00.
