We are currently recruiting for caring and reliable healthcare assistants and support workers to join us on our journey to provide a high quality care service in the Nottingham area.

The healthcare assistant/support worker role will involve:

- Providing personal care and support to clients including washing, bathing and toileting
- Provide refreshments, snacks and assist at meal times
- General housekeeping duties, providing practical support and assisting with domestic tasks
- Ensure confidentiality at all times
- Promote mobility and independence
- Develop healthy relationships with clients, relatives, visitors and the care team
- Communicate effectively with the care team
- Assist with on-going assessments of clients, reporting any changes
- Assist with the training of new care team members

The successful healthcare assistant/support worker will have:

- a friendly and caring approach
- a genuine desire to help people
- the ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds
- a respectful approach to clients
- patience and a sense of humour
- reliability and flexibility
- team working skills and the ability to use your initiative
- capacity to work to health and safety guidelines
- ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous care experience is beneficial however full training will be provided.

We offer competitive rates of pay and mileage paid for drivers.

Ideally the post holder should hold a full UK driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.10-£11.50 per hour
