**About the Position**

**Contract Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: Based on experience

**Start Date**: January 2025

The ICT Subject Leader will teach ICT (and/or Computing) and lead the department.

You will be responsible for:

- The day-to-day running of the department within the school.
- Provide a point of contact for all matters concerning the teaching of computing.
- Raising the profile of ICT within the curricular and co-curricular programme.
- Ensuring that courses are maintained and updated in line with changing School and societal needs.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Qualified teacher Status [QTS]
- Experience being an excellent classroom practitioner who can lead by example.
- A passion for education and an awareness of wider educational issues.
