We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and supportive individual who will support the welfare and safety of learners at our Cardiff Skills Centre. The role involves site security, high-visibility foot patrols around the centre, getting to know learners and staff and providing welfare and pastoral support to learners with complex needs.
The role is based within our Cardiff Skills Centre as part of our Jobs Growth Wales Plus team reporting to the Centre Delivery Manager.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
