We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced** Bathroom Trader **based at our Boston Plumbing & Heating branch**.**

We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident individuals to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with prospective and existing trade & retail clients at the showroom, via the telephone or other media channels.
- Producing quotes using our Quoting system to meet customers’ budgets, design requirements and time constraints.
- Assisting customers by visiting them in their homes or on-site to measure and gather relevant information.
- Assisting customers by producing 3D designs.
- Conducting post home-survey presentations of designs and quotation.
- Liaising with our Customer Service and After-Sales administration team

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A proven track record of kitchen and/or bathroom design.
- Experience of Planit Fusion 20-20 and Virtual Worlds; this would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience of working in a builders merchant is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide first class customer service
- A commitment to provide high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to use own initiative.

This role is fulltime: hours of work will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays.
