Freestyle Trampoline park is the biggest trampoline parks in the local area with over 100 Trampolines spread across 10 fun-filled activities. We have an Inflatable attraction and a 3 story soft play too

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking to employ Court Monitors.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who:

- Confidence in speaking to customers
- Be warm & friendly to everyone that walks through the door.
- Confident enough to conduct safety briefings to large groups of people (when required)
- A good understanding of safety and the risks associated with trampolining.
- Willingness to help drive the business forward

**What will you be doing?**
No two days are usually the same at Freestyle, but as a general guidance here is what you could be doing on a day-to-day basis:
**Court Monitor**:

- Monitoring customers whilst on the trampoline courts.
- Working within a team.
- Checking that customers have wristbands and grip socks on at all times.
- At times providing basic first aid (First Aid Trained Staff Only)
- Understanding and recognizing the severity of any injury.
- The ability to communicate with a variety of people and be assertive in enforcing our rules.
- Conducting safety briefings to large groups of people (when required)
- Regular training meetings with all court monitors

**Important details to bare in mind**:

- ZERO HOUR CONTRACT
- Weekly pay (NMW applies)
- Weekly rota
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND EVENINGS.
- Start date Is ASAP
