Responsibilities of this job include:

- Handle incoming event and booking enquiries
- Assist the management team in meeting venue pre-booked revenue targets
- Assist in driving overall venue revenue by taking part in company initiatives, initiating new marketing ideas, and implementing outbound techniques
- Host and coordinate bookings, functions, and events alongside the operational team
- Proactively manage the daily booking and online reservation system, including processing booking payments and invoices
- Manage venue social media accounts
- Expand the venue contact database
- Driving outbound sales
- Social media management
