**HR Advisor**

**Are you a motivated and up and coming HR Advisor who is looking to progress their career and skillset?**

We are currently hiring for a HR Advisor to join our team based in the Fort Dunlop in Birmingham

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the UK HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be able to build and form strong working relationships across all levels of employees to support the delivery of an effective HR Service.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all onboarding activities and new starters including new starter packs, organising inductions and planning extended inductions for senior roles.
- Ensure successful offboarding processes including conducting exit interviews, tracking and reporting on employee turnover.
- Support key stakeholders with employee relations matters including conflict issues, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management.
- Handling maternity, paternity and flexible working requests.
- Updating system trackers for absence bookings, sick leave and continually monitor and identify trends as well as maintain records and systems.
- Collating HR KPI's and metrics relating to sickness absence, performance capability & other key areas
- Liaise with Payroll regarding relevant employee changes, starters and leavers
- Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner
- Support the HR Manager in the implementation of a range of HR projects, policies and procedures.
- Experience working in an HR Advisor level role, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- CIPD qualified (preferably level 5 or studying towards completion)
- Demonstrable employee relations experience is essential.
- Excellent organisation/time management skills & communication skills.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to use Microsoft Office suite of tools.

**Salary**:£28k - £30k per annum
