**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.
Working closely with the Programme Director you will provide specialist administrative support to ensure proactive and effective coordination, implementation and monitoring of events for the cross region professional learning programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To produce communication and promotional materials, including website content, undertaking all aspects of the process from copywriting, design work and distribution of the finished products, in consultation with relevant teams.
- Proactively coordinate and administer cross regional programmes, to include financial management, logistics and engagement.
- To coordinate the organisation of official cross regional events and activities and produce associated communications, ensuring they run smoothly from point of publication to conclusion, including administration of relevant systems, data analysis, booking enquires and post event/activity follow up.
- To support the development of the Cross Regional Consortia website and other online presences and undertake copywriting, content management (Wordpress) and regular content maintenance, including appropriate consideration of relevant copyright and GDPR legislation.

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**
- Good working knowledge of current social media tools and successful methods of stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT Skills with the ability to use MS Office.
- Ability to create content for a range of audiences for a mix of purposes, including ability to design graphics and publicity materials.
- The capacity and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to work to tight deadlines and review priorities in light of reactive tasks.
- Excellent customer care skills and the ability and confidence to liaise and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, professional officers, and external organisations.
- Experience of supporting events and meetings (including digital events).

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Rate of pay is: £13.95 per hour.
