Office Manager

Main purpose of the role - The branch manager is expected to contribute to the business objectives through strong leadership and first-class legal acumen. The branch manager will liaise closely with the CEO, advising on the strategy and development of thebusiness and the branch.
- Support the branch in the development and implementation of legal and commercially viable strategies for the branch which align to the business objectives.
- Report to the Executive and Operations Board in relation to the branch's performance against monthly financial data.
- Facilitate the effective management of the branch on a day to day basis.
- Report any compliance issues to the COLP immediately.
- Coordinate with the HR and Accounts Departments regarding the performance of the branch and it's employees.
- Look to establish business links for the promotion and sustained success of the branch.
Person Specification:
- Must be results driven, be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a faced paced and dynamic legal environment.
- Set the highest standard of performance at all times.
- Develop and implement legal and commercially viable strategies for the business unit which align to the business objectives.
- Have the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
- Must have exceptionally good leadership skills having the ability to influence cross functional teams when needed towards a unified direction along with the senior leadership team and the operational board.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
Qualification/Experience:
- Experience of working in a legal corporate capacity within a fast-paced fast evolving and dynamic environment.
- Ability to motivate teams to a high standard and accomplish set outcomes.
The role is full time on a permanent basis, £27,000 - £30,000k
