Baby Room Lead

We are looking to recruit a strong baby room lead at our busy day nursery. Must have a passion for working with young children, excellent organization and communication skills.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the room as well as supporting the manager with operational jobs. Must have secure knowledge of the EYFS and how to implement this to support the learning and development of all children as well as up to date Safeguarding knowledge. Must be able to work well with others as the role of room lead requires you to work in a directive and supportive role to other members of staff. You will be expected to develop your CPD with various training opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.

**Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday our opening hours are between 7.30am - 6pm so shifts will vary between these times.**

Experience of lead role in a day nursery required and experience within a baby room. **Minimum Level 3 qualification in early years. This must be recognized as a full and relevant Level 3 qualification and the applicant must also have qualifications in English and Math's ( GCSE C or above or an equivalent qualification such as functional skills level 2).** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HOLD THE RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS.

Will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS if not already on update service and a minimum of 2 good references will be required.
