We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team on a live project in the Delamere Region. The purpose of the role is to support the Planning teams to ensure all documentation is in line with the programme.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Update project controls as required.
- Liaise with Site Management to obtain as laid information, review for compliance and submit to client.
- Liaise with Planning teams, managers regarding documentation.
- Develop Work packs for teams.
- Scan and upload paper documents and organise them on the server.
- Control and distribute documentation and data in accordance with the requirements of the project.
- Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Maintain the smooth running of the documentation process and ensure all departments carry this out in a timely manner.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hold understanding of document control systems, such as, ASITE, SharePoint, and Cemar.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear and efficient numbering and labelling skills.
- Typing accuracy and efficiency.
- High attention to detail, to ensure documents are accurate and made to specifications.
- Filing and organising skills for document storage.
- Industry-specific technical knowledge, including understanding of industry terms, policies, and processes.
