**What you'll do**

Specsavers in Wembley is looking for an accomplished audiologist and leader to become their new Audiology Director and Store Partner. Wembley Audiology offers a tremendous amount of un-tapped potential and comes with the backing of some highly engaged Optics partners.

**About the store**

Specsavers in Wembley has a well-equipped Audiology business which benefits from having both a dedicated Audiology room in Wembley, and another, in its spoke location of Stanmore. These rooms are both fully equipped with the latest clinical technology including Otoscopes and Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) tests.

A team of 3 dedicated and passionate hearcare colleagues call this store home. The incoming partner has a real opportunity to set a new vision for this business and agenda for change through the clinical development of the team. As the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Audiology Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
