The Outsourcing and Accounts Senior will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing expert advice on various financial matters. The role involves working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of services, while also maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Provide expert advice on financial matters, including management accounts, VAT, and corporation tax
- Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee and mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

**Requirements**:

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various accounting software packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
