**Handyman**

Knightwood are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman for a well-established residential developer based in Frinton -on-sea.

**Job details**:

- Be able to use a range of tools
- Making good in new builds, doing some paint touch ups around site, mastic work, light carpentry and working from a snag list fixing defaults in properties.
- Be safe on-site and follow all health and safety rules and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Valid CSCS Card
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis jacket and steel cap boots) to be worn on site at all times
- Own tools
- Experience in a similar role

**Start date: ASAP**

**Pay: £19.00 per hour CIS/PAYE**

**Duration: On-going**
