**Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Sprinkler Systems Supervisor on behalf of a leading, family-run fire & security company.

Established for almost 50 years, they supply, install and maintain fire protection equipment and security systems. This includes fire alarms, sprinkler systems, nurse call systems, emergency lighting, CCTV systems and intruder alarms.

They have over 50 staff members working for them across multiple offices. They offer their services to clients in the Commercial and Residential sectors.

As the Sprinkler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sprinkler technicians installing Domestic and Residential Sprinkler systems throughout North and Mid Wales.

**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise and monitor the day to day activities of the team of technicians including performance monitoring.
- Provide support as required to ensure that installation, servicing and remedial works are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates.
- Ensure that all work carried out is performed in compliance with contractual specifications, the requirements of individual customers and FIRAS accreditation requirements.
- Undertake van and stock audits of Technicians under supervision.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of Sprinkler Systems is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
- Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
