Are you ready to join a team where magic meets retail? Magical Story is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **PART-TIME STORE SUPERVISOR **for our flagship store at the Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull to inspire and motivate our team, while creating an atmosphere of excitement and wonder for our customers.

As a Supervisor, you'll work closely with the store leadership to maximize sales and create a buzz on the shop floor. You'll lead by example to ensure a high level of customer service and control the sales floor to achieve targets through driving sales. You'll also manage the till area, process refunds and exchanges, and oversee the visual merchandise presentation in-store.

But that's not all You'll also have the opportunity to train and develop your team, ensuring they provide amazing customer service and relish a challenge just like you do.

**Working Hours**: 24hrs per week plus extra hours may be available. 4 days out of 7, 1 week day.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Managing the store when the Store Manager is not present
- Achieve targets through driving sales
- Ensuring a high level of customer service (this will involve being visible and leading by example)
- Control the sales floor
- Manage the till area, in particular supporting with refunds and exchanges
- Plan and organise the day to day running of the shop, including staff rotas and responsibilities
- Motivate the team inspiring them to provide amazing customer service
- Train and Develop the team
- Management of stock levels (ensure maximum stock availability to the customer)
- Supporting visual merchandising in store, ensuring the job is done and helping and assisting with resource when required

- Sales and Target Driven
- The ability to demonstrate a flair for merchandising.

- Personality to inspire the team and to create a fun, energized environment
- Management or supervisory experience in a Retail Environment ideally managing high volume sales
- You will be a confident communicator and a natural motivator
- You will be reliable, trustworthy and conscientious

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £7.99 - £10.92 per hour (dependant on age)
