Complex Care Support Worker

We are urgently seeking support staff to work 1:1 with a client to help them live in the comfort and safety of their own home, living in Edenbridge. Our client requires moving and handling assistance, PEG feed and medication administration.

**Shift pattern**

This rota is scheduled for blocks of 24 hour shifts. The 24 block will be made of a day shift starting at 08:00am finishing at 23:00pm, then a sleep in shift starting at 23:00pm and finishing at 08:00am. We currently have alternate Saturday’s available.
- Someone active and willing to get stuck in who remains calm and collected and deals well with new environments
- Someone who can hold a meaningful conversation with a good sense of humor
- Someone seeking to build a meaningful professional relationship who holds similar passions and interests

**Requirements**:

- Previous paid care experience of 3 months full time caring for clients with complex needs within the UK.
- You must hold a full UK drivers licence.
