We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts & Warehouse controller to join our busy Service Operations team, this is a multi-functional role responsible for Warehouse Operations within our Rochester site in Kent.

AVK are the UK's leading provider of critical power systems and maintenance that guarantee reliable power. For over 30 years we've been supplying UPS systems, standby diesel generators and more recently Battery Storage and Gas Generation solutions providing our clients with reliable back-up power schemes for their mission critical services and systems

You will work closely with other departments within the business to strategically purchase parts, components, and consumables in preparation for jobs carried out by our Field Service Engineers across the South Coast & UK regions.

You will have experience in the following:

- Inventory management, receipt, and dispatch of goods.
- Responsible for Purchase orders for parts required for stock and planned works defining parts required, price negotiation and consolidation of orders where possible.
- Accurate stock management of existing and new stock deliveries.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail & organisational skills to arrange transport to deliver stock items or equipment to a site or specified location as required, maintaining accurate records of all movements.
- A full UK driving licence as some travel required to our other offices from time to time.
