Valeter/driver

Our client is an independent, family run business which has been established for over 50 years**, **we are main dealers for Roller team, Auto-Trail and Auto-haus motorhomes and campervans.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual to join our family-owned business.

**About the role**

As a Valeter, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are presented in a clean manner.

This position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in a physical environment as demands can vary daily, has meticulous attention to detail and is able to go the extra mile if needed.

**Daily Duties**:

- Cleaning stock, rental and sold vehicles to a high standard.
- Cleaning vehicles externally with a high-powered pressure washer and other electrical valeting equipment (training can be provided).
- Using a high-powered vacuum to clean and shampoo vehicle interiors. However, a degree of manual labour is needed at times to achieve the desired result.
- Working with a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork.
- Working to set timeframes and targets, these can change due to demand and periods where sales are high so ability to adjust to this is essential.
- Other duties to support the business as required, this can involve driving and collecting vehicles for our own Service workshop.

**Key Skills Required**
- A Full Driving Licence.
- Minimum of two years valet experience
- Significant experience using a machine operated polisher (MOP) and steam cleaner.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation
- Multitask
- Excellent Time Management Skills

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
