We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Administrator to join our ever growing client based in Portsmouth. You will hold proven administrative experience, ideally within pensions or financial service and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Setting up member records and issuing information
- Using payroll systems to monitor ongoing cases and for payment of benefits
- Death benefit calculations
- Contribution benefits
- Annual and monthly reporting
- Liaising with pension providers and financial advisers.
- Working within a team and assisting other team members
- Supporting ad hoc projects
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous administrative experience and working in a fast paced office
- Have SIPP/Pensions experience (desirable)
- Be a team player
- Hold good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to work efficiently whilst under pressure
- Be competent with MS Office
