**Learning User Experience Designer 12 month fixed term contract**
**London**

As a Barclays Learning User Experience Designer, you will have an exciting chance to be responsible for the User Experience and Content design, development and measurement of learning solutions/programmes that support the HR business agenda in line with Barclays defined quality standards including Brand and Accessibility.

**What will you be doing?**
- Contracting with Stakeholders & Learning Leads to agree scope of learning requirements, and translating those requirements into learning proposals
- Detailing resource and budget planning required for the solution build
- Designing and developing of new learning solutions or improvement of existing solutions and associated materials
- Ensuring all new learning has optimal blend of learning delivery that is within agreed time, cost and quality targets
- Sourcing quality content from across the Barclays Group, or via external approved Learning Suppliers
- Leading the project management of new solutions or programme
- Adhering to HR/ Group policies and standards, Diversity and Inclusion, governance and internal controls relating to internal activities

**What we’re looking for**:

- Significant background in Design/ User Experience (UX)
- Experience in project management
- Experience in stakeholder management, managing upwards and challenging stakeholders where required
- Background in vendor management

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Awareness of Learning Design
- Experience of Digital authoring tools (e.g. Learning Lab, Storyline, Infographics, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent)

**Where will you be working?**
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
