**Role Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Kitting and lay-up operations, (Cutting kit of materials for build sequence, Warp and Weft. Lay-up material on to mould surface correct orientation and build sequence).
- Understanding of Shelf Life of Materials would be an advantage.
- Vacuum bagging techniques (Manufacture breather bag material kit)
- Cure operations to agreed engineering methods and processes using various plant and process equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens and Vacuum pumps).
- Supports and conforms to Quality procedures to maintain compliance, by ensuring adherence to the defined processes and procedures.
- Operate within all Meggitt and Health and Safety at work Regulations.
- Attendance of start of shift meeting with team to understand the teams targets, any key issues / problems and any other communications (e.g. visits, health & safety issues etc)
- Detects and escalates any issues to team leaders in timely manner
