St Helena Hospice has an exciting new opportunity for a supporter relations administrator to join our fundraising team.
Salary
£20,000 - £21,000
Hours
37.5 hours per week
Location
St Helena, Phoenix Square
What we’re looking for
You will be the point of contact and the ‘face’ of St Helena at the Phoenix Square site and the fundraising office, providing customer service for all donations and queries from supporters, face-to-face, via the telephone and online.
- Experience of a fundraising, customer service or sales database.
- Experience of handling first line enquiries, e.g. from charity supporters, or customers.
- Experience of using information, and working with data from multiple platforms, for example website, payment systems and other inbound transactions.
- A positive, and enthusiastic approach to administration and teamwork.
