L4 Housing Apprentice

**Level 4 Advanced Apprenticeship in Housing**

**Fixed Term for 24 months**

Working as part of a large team that help the people of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole to improve their housing circumstances, you will learn the knowledge, skills and abilities that will support you with a career in housing services. You will work across a range of housing services to develop experiences required to deliver an excellent service to our customers.

As part of the apprenticeship role you will study the Level 4 Senior Housing/Property Management apprenticeship standard and you will also gain a Certificate in Housing with the Chartered Institute of Housing. Support and study leave will be provided. You will be enthusiastic, conscientious and self motivated with a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.

You must have a positive attitude and demonstrable commitment to working in a demanding, customer-focussed environment; be educated to A-level standard or have equivalent experience with a genuine interest in working and learning in housing services.
