**_ Key Aspects of the Role:_**
- As a key member of the People Success team, manage the day-to-day payroll operations in all areas, coordinating and processing payroll within all regulatory, labor and tax guidelines.
- Process payroll activities in accordance with guidelines and legal requirements for EMEA/APAC team members using UKG Core Payroll platform.
- Oversee and approve all foreign payroll including Australia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom
- Manage relationship with our global payroll partner.
- Manage payment of all variable compensation and additional earnings.
- Create relevant Business Intelligence (BI) reports for any compliance activities and ad-hoc reporting.
- Use expertise to maintain payroll and tax compliance, manage and adjust payroll related processes and take the lead on all corresponding audits.
- Serve as employee advocate to all employees regarding questions related to pay, deductions, paid leave balances and other payroll-related questions.

**_What you'll need:_**
- Ability to work 24 hours a week on a part-time fixed term basis for a minimum of 6 months.
- 3+ years' experience processing payroll for multiple pay groups and tax jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Excel: can build and maintain complex spreadsheets.
- The ability to carefully audit payroll records to identify errors before payment is made.
- Knowledge of withholding tax, related tax filings, tax policy and employment regulations as they relate to payroll.
- CPP or similar payroll certification preferred
- Experience with payroll taxes, stock transactions and deferrals.
- Experience using Ultimate Software (UltiPro, UKG)
- Experience with Cloudpay
