Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Workshop team as we continue to lead the way as the market leader in outdoor learning & play.

You will be guided by the Department Manager to help ensure you can produce quality Pentagon products.

**Responsibilities**

To build Pentagon products with a passion for quality and efficiency

To maximise material usage and keep wastage to a minimum

To be willing to use our AXYZ Infinite 6022 ATC CNC machine - training will be given

To be clean and tidy when working and conscious of others working with you

To be self-driven, take pride in their work and be dedicated to making a difference

To be a great team player

Competent in performing inspection checks on tools and machinery (Training given)

To be objective and suggestive in the feedback on pentagon products - we are a team and all opinions are valuable to the success

Competent in the safe use of hand tools and machinery

To be flexible and cool-headed in busy times

**Desirable but non-essential**

Forklift licence

Good knowledge of suppliers, tooling and fixings

Experience as an assembler or similar

**Experience Required**

Experience using hand tools and machinery

Experience working in a team

We need a motivated individual to join our workshop team, to be willing to learn and progress within the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
