We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our thriving studio. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for our clients. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and is an excellent opportunity for a passionate fitness professional looking to contribute to a supportive and dynamic studio environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Reformer Pilates classes: Instruct group, providing clients with a safe and rewarding workout experience.
- Demonstrate proper technique: Clearly demonstrate and explain correct form and technique for each exercise, guiding clients to perform movements safely and efficiently.
- Modify exercises: Adapt exercises and movements as necessary to accommodate clients with varying abilities, injuries, or physical limitations. Continuously progress clients as they improve their strength and flexibility.
- Motivate and inspire clients: Offer positive reinforcement and support to motivate and inspire clients throughout their fitness journey, helping them achieve their goals.
- Ensure client safety: Maintain a clean and safe studio environment by adhering to industry best practices and safety guidelines. Monitor and correct clients' form to prevent injuries.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Certification: Hold a recognized certification in Pilates instruction, preferably with a specialization in Reformer Pilates (e.g., STOTT PILATES, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates, or equivalent).
- Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes to individuals and groups, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver safe and effective workouts.
- Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Pilates principles, Reformer equipment, and the ability to modify exercises for diverse populations and fitness levels.
- Communication skills: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a positive studio environment.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and punctual work ethic, displaying a positive attitude and a genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week

**Experience**:
