Our client, a market leading Construction firm is seeking a CFO to support them with the growth and strategy of the business. This firm has over £700 million AUM and focuses on luxurious commercial developments in well-known locations across cities globally.

The CFO in this position will be responsible for the oversight of the finance function, redesigning operating models for the finance team and act and report to board level including the owners of the business.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide strategic oversight of the financial affairs of the company and its members
- Take leadership on optimising the corporate structure, adjusting it for future corporate actions
- Build and develop the Finance team and systems
- Oversight of Financial and Management Accounting, liaising with finance, both internally and externally to ensure all preparation of accounts is completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Building relationships with key external stakeholders as well as maintain existing relationships
- Efficient and proactive cash management
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects which arise from time to time in an enthusiastic and productive manner

**Key requirements for this role**:

- ACA, ACCA (or equivalent qualification)
- A Finance Director position in a similar business
- Must be familiar with tasks required by a CFO role and have an in-depth understanding of working in a top-level financial role for a real estate business
- Show ability to communicate clearly on various technical issues and to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, investors and colleagues.
- Enjoy effective process management, organisational and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work to deadlines in an efficient and accurate manner.
